This intention set has been designed to help you break free from the chains of anxiety and stress that bind so many people in this day and age. I believe its true that stress is the number one suspect behind serious illnesses, both physically and emotionally/mentally. Left unchecked it can run rampant and take over your life in the form of anxiety and depression.

Freedom has been created with stones, crystals and specifically curated oils to help you with this release blocks, reduce cortisol, and balance any chemical imbalance in your brain. Each of these have their own frequencies and vibrations which many believe work with our human frequency to restore, empower, and positively enhance those areas in our life that need support.

Included in the set is a set of crystal info cards that will explain what each stone is capable of. The stones have been chosen for their specific benefits, and their combined complimentary properties.
