FAQ's

Are you open late nights?

At both clinics yes we can and we advise you take a look at the times on our website on the contact page. 

Do you have Saturday appointments?

Yes, but not every Saturday, as some are dedicated to the retreats that we run.

Our Rotorua clinic is open Saturdays.

Private treatment - others in the room I don't know.

In our clinics, we have more than a 1 person treatment in the same room. You could possibly be in the room with another person, you do not know. If this is not something that you would like, please, at your booking in an email ask if we have a room available for a private treatment.

Do you have vouchers online?

Yes our online vouchers are available, once you purchase one you will receive an email of your certificate.If you are wanting a hard copy of one, please text us on 02109127781 to arrange to pick one up. Due to having clients booked in we aren't always available to take care of you if you just turn up.

Can you take care of more than 1 person at a time for a Japanese head spa?

Yes at our Tauranga clinic we can take care of 3 people at once on the below days and times.
Tuesday to Friday
10am to 3pm

Are you open late nights?

At our Bell Road, Tauranga clinic we are open late and hours can be found on our website on the contact page. 

And in Rotorua on a Thursday until 5:30pm

How do I make a booking for more than one person?

Our Greerton clinic can take 3 people at once on certain days and our Rotorua clinic can take 2 people at a time. You add the amount of people individually with the staff members available on the day.

I want to organise a ladies retreat with my friends, how do I do that?

Can I add a head spa and mirimiri treatment onto one appointment?

Yes, you just add one on and then continue shopping and then go into the other service and add that into your cart also.

We are open at our new location 1070 Eruera Street, Rotorua. Our hours can be found under our contact tab.
