This journey is based on our four pou: TUAKIRI - identity (the me I see is the me I will be, without other people's opinions) TUKU - release (I am more than who I was, a time to let go) HONONGA - connection (I have found my spirit/wairua, I am so much stronger) KOTAHITANGA - unity (To walk in my freedom and unity with myself) An individual experience like no other. Bringing beautiful women together who are on a journey of self-development. A journey that will allow our wahine to break down barriers, mindsets and rediscover this powerful and healed journey to self. I am me and worthy emphasizes that this journey is not only for us as individuals, but also for the whole whanau and community that each and every one of us interact with.
